There are no returns on decorated items, so please order carefully.
We will only accept a return if we shipped defective merchandise, or we made a mistake with the embroidery or screen printing. If ordered via phone or in person, you will be asked to sign an approval of the artwork being placed on the garments you have ordered. Please ask any questions prior to final customer approval. If placing an order via the web, please double check your order. Orders received from the web are considered approved upon receipt since the customer must choose the garment and artwork.
- Items that have been damaged by the user are not refundable. (Example: Shrinkage due to improper handling; stains; snags or holes due to work environment)
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Returns must be authorized by OneUp Threads.
- Claims without an RA# or over 15 Days from receipt will be refused.
- Shipping label will be sent to customer for package return.
- Defective items will be replaced with the same style, size, and color as the original order.
Please allow up to 10 business days for credits to be processed.
